Corporate Overview

In his role as vice president of sales, Kurt Hammond leads the South, West, and Midwest sales regions for AMICAS. He brings over 15 years of healthcare sales, marketing, and business development experience in both software and medical devices.

Prior to joining AMICAS in August 2003, Mr. Hammond served as director of sales and business development for Acuo Technologies, a venture-backed image management software company. Previously, as vice president of sales and business development for Provation Medical, which markets clinical documentation software, Mr. Hammond built up the sales organization from the ground level.

Mr. Hammond received a BA from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and an MBA in strategic management and marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
