Corporate Overview

In his role as Vice President of Product Management, Rodney Hawkins leads the engineering and product management teams, and is responsible for the ongoing development of AMICAS’ Vision Suite of Products. Rodney brings years of diverse experience in healthcare delivery and information technology.

Prior to joining AMICAS in May of 2005, Mr. Hawkins served as Global Product Manager for PACS at GE Healthcare, where he was responsible for the product roadmap and execution of new products. Additionally, while at GE, he served as the regional IT Service Manager responsible for service operations in the central corridor of the U.S. Prior to GE Healthcare, he worked on both the clinical and IT side of operations at Stanford University Hospitals and lead radiology informatics initiatives at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Mr. Hawkins holds a BA and an MA in health policy and administration from the University of Colorado.
