Corporate Overview

Allen Scales, who has extensive experience in strategy, product management, business development, and operations, is responsible for strategy at AMICAS.

Prior to joining AMICAS, Mr. Scales was senior vice president of product management at Emageon, where he was responsible for product management, marketing, and business development. Previously, he served as vice president of corporate strategy, vice president of product management, and vice president of operations at Emageon. Before Emageon, Mr. Scales served as a product and business development manager for Picker International.ÊPreviously, Mr. Scales served as director of telemedicine programs and as a research scientist at Nichols Research.

Mr. Scales holds bachelors of science and masters of science degrees in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
